Integrity General Engineering Contractors, Inc. is an underground contracting firm specializing in the civil underground (power and telecommunications) and gas pipeline services (transmission and distribution) in the Southern California market. Its customers include Southern California Edison, San Diego Gas & Electric, The Gas Company of Southern California, prime contractors for military and government projects, municipalities (with their own power delivery systems), telecommunication companies and private developers. The Company operates in a highly regulated and monitored industry, and maintains all required accredidations and certifications to perform work for their primary customers. Integrity operates under an "A" license issued by the CSLB, and is signatory to the IBEW 47 Underground Agreement and the Local 300 Laborers Ageement.

GAS

The Gas division is lead by a team with in excess of 50 years of experience installing gas transmission and distribution pipelines. Their experience ranges from high pressure steel transmission to low pressure plastic distribution lines. Their primary customer is Southern California Gas Company. The division has successfully completed the installation of the distribution pipelines systems for two mobile home parks for Southern California Gas under a joint venture with Southern California Edison, and is in process on additional projects under this multi-year contract. The division was recently qualified as a direct contractor to Southern Californian Gas Company to complete pressurized transmission and plastic pipeline services under their maintenance and new build programs, and is currently performing directly with Southern California Gas under this qualification. The division is compliant with Veriforce and Operator Qualifier requirements, and has its own training and certification facility for new and ongoing qualifications.

GAS

The Gas division is lead by a team with in excess of 50 years of experience installing gas transmission and distribution pipelines. Their experience ranges from high pressure steel transmission to low pressure plastic distribution lines. Their primary customer is Southern California Gas Company. The division has successfully completed the installation of the distribution pipelines systems for two mobile home parks for Southern California Gas under a joint venture with Southern California Edison, and is in process on additional projects under this multi-year contract. The division was recently qualified as a direct contractor to Southern Californian Gas Company to complete pressurized transmission and plastic pipeline services under their maintenance and new build programs, and is currently performing directly with Southern California Gas under this qualification. CIVIL

The Civil division is led by a team with in excess of 90 years of experience installing underground dry utility conduit systems and structures. The target customers of this division are Southern California Edison, Sempra Energy, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, municipalities, military and government contracts, and private developers. The division is capable of meeting the outsourced construction needs of its primary customers at almost every level. Their projects to date include in excess of 20 miles of installed conduit systems and structures in city streets, on military bases, government facilities and for private developers. The Company has completed in excess of 50 vault replacements (both new and remove and replace), as well as three power upgrade systems for mobile home parks under a joint venture with Southern California Edison and Southern Californial Gas Company. Integrity's Civil division is an approved Prime Source contractor for Southern California Edison, and is currrently performing under a multi-year contract awarded jointly by Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Company for utility upgrades under the Mobile Home Park Upgrade program.
